Refund and Returns policy (Reshipment*)
We do not offer refunds once the order has been shipped. However, we provide free reshipments or replacements if your package is lost in transit, seized, or if you receive damaged or low-quality products.
Refunds are available if the order has not yet been shipped, depending on the circumstances.
Cancelation
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please send us a message. Our customer support team will respond as soon as possible. Please note that the refund process may take some time, so we appreciate your patience.
If you simply want to cancel your order and apply the funds to other products or orders, we can credit your account. This credit can be used at any time for future purchases.
